We are looking for a positive, motivating, and inspiring team leader. A manager must be able to work within the team to accomplish P. Terry’s service and quality standards, and lead a hardworking crew in a fast-paced environment. Must adhere to our values around people, community relationships, high quality food, clean burger stands and respect for all. General Managers are responsible for developing a bench of high performers, as well as acheiving results through their team and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Recruit, Hire, Train, Retain and develop a strong team of managers and crewmembers.
- Ensure guest service through our team is unparalleled in the industry
- Handle administrative tasks including POS systems, computer systems, ordering, inventory, cashing handling, and personnel management
- Support and Role Model our Values.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work within and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have food handler’s permit
- Be able stand for 8-10 hours
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- be a positive role model for others
Bilingual preferred.
