Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Coordinator will represent P. Terry’s and work to increase customer awareness, traffic, and loyalty, executing local marketing strategies and campaigns for the burger stands. This role will engage with customers in-person, over the phone and online, promoting the stands’ offerings and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage community relationships through our fundraising programs and TURN programs with local universities.
  • Collaborate with the home office team and stand management to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop relationships in the trade areas surrounding targeted burger stands and engage in community outreach initiatives to include local store marketing, customer appreciation events, special offers, email marketing, and networking. 
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels including segmented email marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in developing partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand the stand's reach.
  • Promote offerings and increase area engagement by planning, coordinating, and organizing local marketing events tailored to local community organizations, local schools, and universities, including new stand openings, special promotions, and community engagement activities. 
  • Increase catering opportunities by building relationships with local schools and universities.
  • Work with stand managers to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Effectively communicate in advance with burger stands regarding upcoming events and activities. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and promotions, addressing any operational challenges and ensuring all aspects of the events are managed effectively.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, posters, presentations, and banners to promote stand events and campaigns.
  • Utilize PipeDrive CRM to track all customer interactions, manage workload, and monitor the progress of each marketing campaign from conception through to completion. Ensure data is accurately captured to facilitate analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using CRM data to assess performance and make recommendations for future marketing strategies.
  • Support the operations team in creating and updating menu materials and point-of-sale displays. Manage relationship with vendor(s) to include our monthly Point of Purchase (POP) assets, Giving Back Day assets, and vouchers as well as storage and distribution.
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, and other external partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Comfortable with cold calling potential customers
  • Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.
  • A passion for community outreach and engagement
  •  Familiar with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various stand locations as needed.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
