We are looking for a positive, motivating, and inspiring team leader. A manager must be able to work within the team to accomplish P. Terry’s service and quality standards, and lead a hardworking crew in a fast-paced environment.  Our managers work with a Can Do attitude and a Yes mentality.  Safety and Sanitation to care for our guests and team members are essential to our team.*We pay full time (30+) hours $15.00 after the first 90 days of full time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
• Handle administrative tasks including POS systems, computer systems, ordering, inventory, cashing handling, and personnel management
• Lead the team, deploy and support our team
• Role Model guest relations

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work within and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have food handler’s permit
• Be able stand for 8-10 hours
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
